1. How is my individual portrait created?

After you place your order, your uploaded photo is translated into a digital line drawing. The pen plotter then transfers this line drawing point by point onto canvas using acrylic paint – each piece is created as a unique, analog original from a digital source.

2. How long does the production process take?

Production time is typically 1-2 weeks . Each portrait is individually created, checked, and finalized by hand before being carefully packaged and shipped.

3. Which image template is suitable?

You can submit any clear, high-resolution photo – whether of yourself, another person, or an animal. The better the light and contrast, the more precise the result will be.

4. Can other color options be chosen?

Yes. The product pages offer four "standard" color options. If you don't find what you're looking for, we welcome your own requests and ideas, which can be easily implemented. The only requirement is a black canvas and contrasting colors.

5. How will my portrait be delivered?

The artwork arrives stretched on a high-quality canvas – ready to hang. Shipping is insured and the item is securely packaged.
